The Project Budget and Supervisory Skills NQF 4 skills programme equips supervisors and project team members with the financial and quality management capabilities required to support project execution. Aligned to Unit Standards 120375 and 120377 and MERSETA approval requirements, the programme focuses on cost estimation, budget preparation, and monitoring expenditure against project performance. Learners develop practical skills in identifying resource requirements, maintaining cost records, and implementing corrective actions to improve the quality and outcomes of project work.
