The Scheduling & Planning Production NQF 4 skills programme equips supervisors and production personnel with the planning and coordination skills required to manage manufacturing operations effectively. Aligned to Unit Standard 12665 and MERSETA approval requirements, the programme focuses on resource scheduling, production planning, machine and workforce allocation, and performance monitoring. Learners develop the ability to compile production schedules, manage changeovers, interpret operational data, and apply planning tools such as MRP, JIT, and Gantt charts to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
